Class runs 5 Thursdays in March (2, 9, 16, 23, 30) from 5:15pm-6pm.

If you said “YES” then YOGA-ISH is for you! YOGA-ISH is a gentle movement and stretching based class that takes inspiration from yoga, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement training and combines them to bring you a totally unique fitness experience.
Join Coach Ashley for a 45 minute, guided, stretch and movement class that aims to get you moving more, moving better, and feeling good in your body!
YOGA-ISH is hosted in the beautiful, serene, newly renovated yoga studio in the basement of Menari Body Works. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga block/small pillow (optional), and water bottle.
Course is $110 and includes 5 YOGA-ISH sessions that will leave you feeling relaxed and connected to your body.
