Hello and welcome!

We at Fit & Grit Training know that striving to be healthy can be hard! Everyone has different needs, goals, and resources. And let’s face it, life is BUSY! Don’t worry, we got you!

As your team, we work with you as a complete person. We work on multiple areas of health in your daily living, including fitness, eating, and stress management. We have personal trainers, nutrition coaches, and mindset specialists, set up in one comprehensive training program, ready to help you succeed.

We meet you where you are at in your health journey and tailor our sessions to meet your unique goals and lifestyle. We provide a variety of options from personal one-on-one training to group training with friends to community classes. No one size fits all here. It’s all about YOU!

And if you don’t have access to a gym, no worries. We have that too. We are partnered with some quiet and cozy gyms in Mankato and St Peter that allow us to work toward your fitness goals without the extra stress of needing your own gym.
