Saturday Morning Workout

Check out our longest running class! This circuit style workout is sure to have you sweating and feeling strong by the end.

All levels welcome. No need to sign up, just drop in when it works for you.

Take in the sunshine during the summer months with our outdoor classes at Country Club Park. Beat the cold in the winter months by joining us at the Flex Fitness Gym.

Yoga-ish

Yoga-ish isn’t your mother’s yoga…but maybe it should be! Yoga-ish combines classic yoga moves with functional stretching and mobility movements into one feel good class to get you more flexy-bendy than when you started.

Yoga-ish classes are available at request. You can book a one time class or weekly sessions. Classes can be held in a private setting or at Flex Fitness Gym’s studio space. Great for businesses, birthday parties, girl’s night out, or even girl’s night in. It’s up to you!

All levels are welcome and Yoga-ish can be modified for most people. Please inform your instructor of any specific needs before the class starts.

Stress Less

Stress Less is a one-of-a-kind class that combines multiple methods of relaxation into a class that is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and less stressed!

Stress Less classes are available at request. You can book a one time session or weekly classes. Classes can be for individuals or groups, businesses, gal pals, guy’s nights, or mommy’s solo adventure. Classes can be held in a private or business setting, or class instructor can determine a location as needed.

Stress Less is available to all stress levels. Whether you just want a quiet moment during the day, or you really, really need this, Stress Less can help you feel less stressed and more in control.
