With Fit & Grit’s accountability program, you’ll get the support of personal trainers and nutrition coaches while doing fitness and food on your own terms. This is a budget friendly option for people who aren’t in a position to hire a personal trainer but still wants the benefits of having access to a fitness support team.
With the accountability program, you will get:
One, in-person training session a month to check form, learn new moves, and ask questions
Scheduled weekly check-ins with a personal trainer or nutrition coach (we’re cheering you on!)
Access to Fit & Grit trainers throughout the week to answer questions and give recommendations
