Join us in the park on Saturday mornings for a 45 minute, body-weight based, guided exercise class.
All fitness levels are welcome and exercise modifications will be demonstrated to match your fitness level.
This is a great beginner level class for people looking to start their fitness adventure or people returning to fitness after spending a little too much time sitting around.
Bring your own water, yoga mat (or towel, if you want to stay off of the grass) and get ready to feel great and have fun!
