Join Coach Matt for a 45 minute tactical conditioning class that aims to get you moving more, feeling stronger, and actively pre-habing to reduce future injuries. Coach Matt brings years of experience from his military background, paired with his passion as a certified personal trainer, to train you to be your best.
Tactical Conditioning is hosted in the back, larger fitness studio in the basement of Menari Body Works. Please bring your own water bottle.
Course is $85 and includes 5 Tactical Conditioning sessions and recommended “homework” to take your results to the next level.
