Class runs for 5 sessions in June (1, 8, 15, 22, 29) from 8:30am - 9:15am

Does life have you feeling stressed? Do you feel like you’re not sleeping well, you can’t keep up, the world makes you anxious, and you have no time for YOU?!

If you said “YES” then Stress Less is for YOU! In just 5 sessions, you’ll learn multiple tools you can use to help calm your mind and body, release the day’s tension, and take care of YOU all while experiencing 45 minute sessions of calming bliss.

Join Coach Ashley from Fit & Grit Training for a 45 minute, guided, relaxation session that introduces multiple methods of relaxation, including:

*meditation
*breath work
*progressive muscle relaxation
*...and more!

Stress Less is hosted in the great room of Hope Interfaith Center (second entrance of building @ 114 Pohl Rd Mankato). Please bring your own yoga mat, small pillow (optional), and water bottle.

Course is $150 and includes:

*5 Guided Relaxation Sessions
*Hot/Cold Lavender (or unscented) Eye Compression Relaxation Rice Bag
*Stress Less Companion Manual to help you relax more and stress less
