Then get your Polar Bear on and join us for a high-energy, 30 minute, HIIT inspired, socially distanced, out-door workout!

It's the perfect way shake up the winter doldrums, jump start your fitness, and have fun doing something crazy!

The Polar Bear workout series will run for 4 Saturdays in a row from 9:30-10am

Come to 1 or all 4 days!
