Class runs 5 Thursdays in June (1, 8, 15, 22, 29) from 7:30am-8:15am.

Join Coach Ashley from Fit & Grit Training for a unique, 45 minute, guided fitness session that focuses on your body, breath, and mind.

Inspired by mobility, strength, and flexibility, Mindful Movement incorporates techniques from multiple disciplines to give you a one-of-a-kind fitness class to get you moving and feeling great.

Mindful Movement is hosted in the great room of Hope Interfaith Center (second entrance of building @ 114 Pohl Rd Mankato). Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Course is $110 for 5 sessions. All levels welcome! Classes are great for people starting a movement routine or returning to fitness after a break. Sessions are low intensity.
