Fit Together Boot Camp - Day 3

Join us in the park on Saturday mornings for a month long, 45 minute, body-weight based, guided Boot Camp. All exercises will be presented with variations to match your level of fitness. This is a great beginner level Boot Camp for people looking to start their fitness adventure or people returning to fitness after spending a little too much time sitting around.

The Boot Camp is presented by 2 US Military veterans with professional fitness certifications.

Bring your own water, yoga mat (or towel, if you want to stay off of the grass) and get ready to feel great!
