In recognition of National Women's Day this week, here is a workout for all of you strong ladies.

Don't have the equipment shown? A gallon jug of water and 2 soup cans are a great replacement.

Do each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 then move on to the next one.

Side to Side Bends

90 Degree Crunches

Arm Raises

Plank

Kettlebell Squats

Not tired yet? Repeat x2-3.
