Here is a great 5-minute workout for beginners looking to workout after spending a little too much time sitting around.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds.

The Exercises are:

Squat

Kick Backs

Side Plank

Leg Lifts

Glute Bridges

Repeat 3 times for a great 15 minute workout
