Here is a great 10-minute beginners workout to build your stability and core strength. Working to develop your stability and core strength now will help keep you injury free as you get back to fitness!

Hold each pose for 1 minute and rest for 15 seconds between exercises.

1-Leg Balance (1 min each leg)

Flying "Superman" Hold (1 min each leg)

Plank

Side Plank (1 min each side)

Kick Back Hold (1 min each side)

No worries if you can't hold for the whole minute. Just take a few second rest and finish out the time!
